摘要
我院应用系统管理理论实施护理不良事件的管理,建立自愿、非处罚性的护理不良事件报告系统,改变"批评、通报、处罚"等方式,着重分析系统层面、管理因素、环境因素的综合成因,采取"不惩罚"及"保密"原则,以教育培训为主,弥补系统和环境的缺陷,实现"错误"经验信息资源共享,从而降低了医院不良事件发生率,提高了护士对护理不良事件主动呈报率,营造了和谐、安全的医院氛围。
We applied System Management Theory to deliver nursing adverse event management. We established voluntary, non-punitive nursing adverse event reporting system, changed the way of criticism, bulletin, punishment and so on, focused on the comprehensive cause analysis from system level, management factors and environmental factors, took non-punitive and confidential principles, and paid more attention to education and training. We improved the systematic and environmental defects, achieved information resource sharing of "Error" experience, reduced the hospital incidence of adverse events, improved the active reporting rate of nursing adverse events, created a harmonious and safe hospital environment~ and provided references for domestic adverse event management.
