摘要
通过对氧化铝陶瓷工件的离散磨料研磨和固结磨料研磨试验 ,分析了研磨方式、磨料粒度、浓度及结合剂种类、研磨压力、研磨速度、研磨时间等工艺参数对成品的形状精度、表面粗糙度、研磨效率的影响 ,分析其研磨机理 ,提出了研磨工程陶瓷的合理方法。
ZHOU Hai(20) Abstarct: This paper analyses that the quality of engineering ceramics products is influenced by grinding factors such as pressure, velocity, time and mode of grinding, size and density of grinding aid through experiments of free abradant grinding and firm abradant grinding. It also discusses the mechanism of grinding of engineering ceramics and proposes the reasonable process of grinding.
