摘要
物联网时代,企业之间的竞争已从传统的成本、质量和柔性竞争转向速度、精准与体验竞争,企业经营从单体转向边界模糊的"企业网群",管理模式从模糊式转向精确化。在物联网环境下,连锁企业应充分借助物联网技术,给顾客营造差异化的购物体验,更好的满足并超越顾客的需求期望;要构建管理支持系统,以技术层面的优势来提升竞争力。同时,政府对连锁企业应用物联网技术应给予政策扶持,帮助连锁企业创新经营模式。
In the era of Internet of Things, the competition among enterprises has transformed from traditional cost, quality and flexibility to speed, precision and experience; the business operation mode has shifted from monomer to fuzzy "enterprise network groups"; the management has changed from vague to precision mode. In the context of Internet of Things, chain enterprises should make full use of net- working technology to create differentiated shopping experiences to customers, better meet or even exceed customer expectations, build a management support system to enhance competitiveness by means of technical advantages. Meanwhile, the government should provide policy support to the technology and help the chain enterprises innovate business model.
