低碳经济下环鄱阳湖产业布局研究——基于FDI视角

Industrial Layout Around the Poyang Lake in a Low-Carbon Economy from the Perspective of FDI

在环鄱阳湖经济区,外商直接投资主要集中在第二产业,从而给环鄱阳湖低碳经济发展带来一定的阻碍。在低碳经济下,环鄱阳湖经济区应积极发展低碳生态旅游、低碳化工业和环境友好型农业。同时,要制定并完善相关外资法律法规以及环鄱阳湖FDI准入机制和环保要求,调整引资结构并推动产业结构升级,建立环鄱阳湖低碳产业集群,以促进生态和经济协调发展。

Foreign direct investment in the Poyang Lake Economic Zone is mainly concentrated in the secondary industry, which hinders the development of a low-carbon economy. In the low-carbon economy, the Poyang Lake Economic Zone should actively develop low-car- bon eco-tourism, low-carbon industry and environment-friendly agriculture. Meanwhile, the government should develop and perfect re｜e- vant foreign investment laws and regulations and access permission mechanism and environmental requirement of FDI in the Poyang Lake region, adjust the structure of foreign capital, promote the upgrading of industrial structure and establish low-carbon industrial clusters, so as to promote the coordinated development of ecology and economy.
