摘要
介绍了非传统安装技术研究的状况,提出并设计了一种基于材料状态变化的通用夹具——主动寻位与状态记忆— IL& SM( Initial Location& state Memory)夹具系统。讨论了夹具的基本原理、主要组成,研究了 IL& SM夹具工业化的关键技术并以典型工件为对象,进行了工程验证。
The non- traditional fixturing technique is introduced in this paper. A phase change based universal fixture—— IL& SM( Initial Location and state Memory) fixture is put forward. The principles and structure of fixture is discussed. Some key techniques for industrialization is studied and some typical parts is verified in engineering.
