摘要
设计了一个小型的碳纤维材质二维平面标定板,采用将小尺寸平面标定板移动多个位置,并据此来建立大尺寸虚拟三维控制点集的外部参数标定场的新方法,以此来解决大型高温锻件热态尺寸摄影测量系统在应用现场的外部参数标定问题。试验结果表明该方法较控制场法标定精度提高1倍。
Firstly,one small planar calibration plate was designed and fabricated.Secondly one new control fields calibration method was introduced by moving the calibration plate to several different stations to make large dimension space 3D point clouds.And the elements of exterior orientation of bino-photogrammetry were best-fit calibrated.Lastly,the experiment results showed that this new calibration method could get more accurate exterior orientation elements than normal method.
