摘要
为了实现加工过程中的尺寸在线检测,提高加工质量。作者以刀具磨损量和其对应的切削时间作为修正理论热变形和系统受力变形的因素,建立了基于人工神经网络的零件尺寸在线检测系统,并且在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。
To research on on- line detecting method for part dimension to improve machining quality,author takes the flank wear (VB)and cutting time (t) as the factors to modify theoretical thermal deforming and system’ s forcing deforming,and develops an arti ficial neural network system for on- line detecting part dimension The scheme of on- line detecting method for part dimension has been applied to the actual machining process and gains the nicer results.
