摘要
在分析和研究用树脂结合剂和陶瓷结合剂刚玉砂轮以及绿色碳化硅砂轮磨削钛合金时产生磨削烧伤和磨削裂纹的基础上 ,提出了抑制钛合金磨削烧伤和磨削裂纹的措施。试验研究表明 ,合理的砂轮磨料和硬度等级、合理的磨削用量、高效磨削液和 CBN砂轮将有效地避免钛合金的磨削烧伤和磨削裂纹。
s:On the basis of analyzing and studying the grinding burn and grinding cracks during grinding titanium alloys with bakelite and vetried bonded SiC and Al 2O 3 wheel, this paper proposes the measures for restraining the grinding burn and cracks in grinding titanium alloys. The experimental studies demonstrated that reasonable abrasive and hardness grade of wheel, grinding parameter, high efficiency grinding fluid and CBN wheel will avoid effectively the grinding burn and grinding cracks on ground surface during grinding titanium alloys.
