摘要
Human language communication is not only a linguistic phenomenon,but also a cultural representative.Taboo is a common cultural phenomenon,which has been influenced by superstition and traditional daily behavior directly.As English major,clarifying western taboos is an essential subject.This paper will elaborate the differences between Chinese and English taboos by analyzing taboos in daily life,and discussing it in two cultures.
