本文介绍了空分装置的现状，简述了粤港６０００Ｎｍ３／ｈ制氧机的ＭＳ流程，并对其自动化系统的配置及典型控制回路进行了分析。
This article outlines the status of air separation unit(ASU),touches on MS process about Yuegang 6000 Nm3/h ASU, analyses its automation system configration and some typical control loop.
