摘要
本文针对目前大学教育在培养创新型人才上的不足,本文以机械设计创新基地为对象,研究其改革与实践措施:通过重新配置教学实验比例、举办和参加各种科技竞赛、建立部分开放实验室和利用现代教育技术等来建立一个学生与老师之间的互动平台,达到培养学生的自主创新和实践能力的目的。基地的改革与实践,是培养高素质和具有竞争性人才的必然要求。
To make up the shortage of university education in cultivating innovative talent, the mechanical design innovation base is discussed in this paper, and its reforms and practical measures is studied:By reeonfiguring the proportion of teaching experiments, organizing and participating in various science and technology competitions and establishing part of open laboratory and using the modem educational technology etc. a platform for interaction between student and teacher is created, which will achieve the purpose of Cultivate students" independent innovation and practical ability. The reform and practice of the base is the inevitable requirement for training high-quality and competitive talent.
