In order to observe the Walking fitness methods in the elderly impact of changes in physical function, randomly selected 100 Ming Xian University of Electronic Science and Technology centenary club walking walking enthusiasts and Western Electric communities do not have the habit of walking retired workers, for quiet heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, step experiments and spirometry. The results showed that 100 walking enthusiasts with no crowd walking habits compared to subjects significantly improved left ventricular diastolic function, increased stroke volume, heart rate, ejection fraction, myocardial contractility increased. Tips Walking exercise long-term adherence, can enhance cardiac function in the elderly to maintain normal blood pressure status, improve lung capacity, thereby enhancing the comprehensive cazrliopulmonary function. This study aimed to explore the walking exercise on physiological function of the elderly population.
