摘要
针对马拉松训练过程中,教练员难以获取运动员各种状态信息并实时的对运动员进行指导等问题,本文综合应用物联网和无线传感器网络技术,研究了能够在马拉松训练过程中实时采集运动员生理机能指标和运动效果指标的信息系统,系统还支持运动员与教练员实时交互。对比实验表明,该系统对马拉松训练的成绩提高有较大的帮助,有助于提高科学训练水平。
With the fact that in the marathon training process, it is difficult for the coaches to obtain the varying status information of athletes and give them real-time guidance according to these information. Combination with technologies of IOT(the Internet of Things) and WSN(Wireless Sensor Networks), This paper developed an information system utilizing physiological function indicators and sports performance metrics gathered in real-time during training process,besides ,the system supports real-time interactions between athletes and coaches. The experiment shows that the system improves the performances of the marathon training with advantage of raising the level of scientific training.
