摘要
本文论述了在网络环境下,读者服务工作由单一的载体形式向数字化、网络化的方向转变,由被动参与向主动导航的方向转变,从而说明读者服务工作是高校图书馆工作的核心。提出图书馆应深入研究读者需求,采取多种措施深化读者服务工作。
This paper discusses that, under the network environment, the service for readers must change from single form to digital and network, from passivity to initiative, And it explains that the service for readers is the core of college library's works. Furthermore, this article designs that the college library should study the requirement of readers deeply, and take action to deepen the service for readers.
