摘要
热处理能提高 Ni-B合金镀层的硬度和耐磨性 ,Ni-B镀层镀态是非晶结构。热处理过程中 ,它的结构开始转变成晶体 ,开始转变温度为 2 5 0°C,在 30 0°C热处理后出现 Ni3B。化学镀 Ni-B镀层有高硬度良好的耐磨性和优良导电性能。在一些电器元件上能代替镀金镀银。化学镀 Ni-B的工艺、结构、性能在国内外杂志上已有报道 ,但还需要进一步深入研究。本文研究用硼氢化钠作还原剂 ,用 ASE作稳定剂的化学镀 Ni-B合金镀层的组织结构和性能 。
Heat treatment is capable of improving the hardness and wear-resistance of nickel-boron alloy considerably.The as-plated Ni-B alloy coating is noncrystalline.During heat treatment,its structure begins converting to crystalline and nickle crystal is precipitated at 250℃.Ni 3B is precipitated at 300℃.Electroless Ni-B alloy coating has significant hardness,superior wear-resistance and excellent electrical properties.It can be used instead of gold or silver in some electrical components.Studies on the technology,structure and properties of electroless Ni-B coatings have been reported in domestic and foreign journals,but some aspects need additional study.This paper discusses the structure and properties of electroless nickel-boron alloy coatings,using sodium borohydride as reducing agent and ASE as stabilizer on brass.The effect of heat treatment temperature on structure and hardness are studied especially.
