不同剂量布地奈德气雾剂治疗感染后咳嗽的疗效观察

The Effects of Budesonide Aerosol with Different Doses on Postinfectious Cough

目的探讨吸入不同剂量的布地奈德气雾剂对感染后咳嗽的疗效。方法入选感染后咳嗽患者120例,随机分为三组(每组40例),A组患者吸入布地奈德气雾剂400μg Bid,B组患者吸入布地奈德气雾剂200μg Bid,C组患者不给于吸入激素治疗。结果 A组及B组咳嗽症状积分明显低于C组,其中A组更加明显,差异有统计学意义。结论吸入布地奈德气雾剂治疗感染后咳嗽可明显改善咳嗽症状,并无明显副作用,高剂量组疗效更显著,并未见毒性反应增加,值得应用推广。

Objective To study the effect of different doses of budesonide aerosol on postinfectious cough. Methods 120 patients suffered from PIC were divided into three groups at random,40 cases of large dose group（400pg Bid, group A）,40 cases of normal dose group（200p, g Bid, group B） and 40 eases of control group. Results Cough scores of group A and group B were significantly lower than group C and group A was more significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Budesonide aerosol can significantly improve the symptoms of postinfectious cough and there is no significant side effects.The effect of large dose is more significant and no increase in toxicity, which can be applicated and popularized.
