麻醉性镇痛药在老年患者中的应用

目的探讨麻醉性镇痛药在老年患者应用中的安全性。方法对2009年1月至2012年12月期间在我院接受手术治疗的556例老年患者的病历资料进行回顾分析,重在分析其术后麻醉性镇痛药的给药剂量、方式及相关并发症情况。结果不同给药方式患者并发症的发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同年龄段患者并发症的发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在合理制定麻醉性镇痛给药剂量并加强术后监测的情况下,老年患者在术后实施硬膜外腔小剂量吗啡镇痛有相当临床应用价值。

Conclusion The establishment of reasonable narcotic analgesic drug dose and strengthen the monitoring, in elderly patients with postoperative implementation epidural space small dose of morphine analgesia has quite a clinical application value.
