彩超应用于下肢静脉血栓诊断的价值研究

Study the Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound Used in the Diagnosis of Lower Limb Venous Thrombosis

目的对彩色多普勒超声在下肢静脉血栓诊断中的临床价值进行研究。方法以我院诊治的156例下肢静脉血栓患者为研究对象,观察组根据彩色多普勒超声检查进行诊断,对照组使用多普勒超声血流检查进行诊断,以下肢深静脉造影结果作为诊断的评价标准。比较两组诊断准确率等临床数据,并进行统计学分析。结果观察组诊断的准确率高于对照组,且具有显著差异性(P<0.05);在特异性、敏感性、误诊率、漏诊率、约登指数、Kappa值、比数积、阴性预测值及阳性预测值的比较中,观察组均优于对照组,且具有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声检查对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断具有准确率高、敏感性高、无创伤等优势,是目前下肢静脉血栓的首选方法。

Objective To study the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of lower limb venous thrombosis. Methods 156 cases of deep vein thrombosis patients of diagnosis and treatment in our hospital as the research object. According to the results of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis, as the observation group, using the diagnosis of Doppler ultrasound blood flow examination, as control group. Lower limb deep vein imaging results as diagnostic standard of evaluation. Comparison of two groups of subjects in the diagnostic accuracy of the clinical data, and were statistically analyzed. Results Diagnostic accuracy rate of the observation group was higher than the control group, and has significant difference （P〈0.05）; in the specificity, sensitivity, the rate of misdiagnosis, missed diagnosis rate, C index, Kappa value, than the number of product, negative predictive value and positive predictive value of the comparison, the observation group were superior to the control group, and have significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound examination in diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower limb with high accuracy, high sensitivity, noninvasive advantages at present, diagnosis of venous thrombosis of lower extremity ideal.
