摘要
目的探讨雌激素对蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后脑血管痉挛患者(CVS)血浆、脑脊液中内皮素(ET)、NO的影响。方法对照组45例给予尼莫地平治疗,观察组另给予雌激素肌注。结果治疗7d后两组脑脊液、血液中ET水平均明显降低,NO明显升高,但观察组更显著(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为93.3%(42/45),明显高于对照组77.8%(35/45)(χ2=4.1841,P<0.05)。结论雌激素能有效治疗SAH后CVS,与降低脑脊液及血液中ET水平、提高脑脊液及血液中NO水平有关。
Objective To investigate the effects of estrogen on plasma and cerebrospinal fluid of endothelin （ET） and NO in patients with onsubarachnoid hemorrhage （SAH） and cerebral vasospasm （CVS）.Methods 45 patients in the control group were given nimodipine treatment,45 patients in the observation group another given intramuscular injection of estrogen. Results 7d after treatment, two sets of cerebrospinal fluid, blood ET level were significantly reduced, NO significantly increased,but the level in the observation group was more significant （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in observation group was 93.3%（42/45）,significantly higher than 77.8% （35/45） in the control group（x^2=4.1841,P〈0.05）.Conelusion Estrogen is effective in treating CVS after SAH, and reduce the cerebrospinal fluid and blood ET level, improve NO level.
