多层螺旋CT肺灌注成像对周围型肺肿瘤的临床应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的对多层螺旋CT肺灌注成像在周围型肺肿瘤诊断中的临床应用价值进行评价分析。方法选取肺部周围型肿瘤病例132例,对其行多层螺旋CT肺灌注成像检查。分析良恶性病灶间灌注参数的差异,并将恶性病灶的灌注参数与肿瘤分化程度对照。结果 132例患者中恶性肿瘤患者112例,良性肿瘤20例;恶性肿瘤患者的血容量、表面通透性两项灌注参数与良性结节患者间存在明显差异(P<0.05);恶性病灶随着恶性程度的增加,强化峰值与血流量呈现明显降低的趋势。结论多层螺旋CT肺灌注成像检查在肺肿瘤良恶性鉴别诊断与恶性程度评估中具有重要的临床意义。
