MSCT尿路成像(MSCTU)对尿路梗阻的诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT尿路成像(MSCTU)对尿路梗阻性疾病的诊断价值。方法对超声或IVP诊断为尿路梗阻的50例患者均行尿路CT平扫及增强扫描,所获容积数据进行三维重建处理,重建方法有:最大密度投影(MIP)、多平面重建(MPR)、容积再现(VR)和曲面重建(CPR)。结果 50例患者中,输尿管结石38例,炎性狭窄4例,输尿管结核3例,输尿管肿瘤1例,膀胱肿瘤阻塞输尿管口2例,下腔静脉后输尿管1例,肾盂及输尿管重复畸形,同时合并巨输尿管,输尿管下端囊肿1例,所有病例均经手术或临床资料证实。结论多层螺旋CT尿路成像(MSCTU)对尿路梗阻性疾病的诊断有着独特的价值。
