摘要
针对涡旋压缩机涡旋齿啮合处的相对运动作了几何分析 ,指出该处的相对运动为连滚带滑 ,及滚动成分在涡旋盘的外法线方向递增 ,而滑动速率恒定的内在规律。继而对该处的摩擦问题进行剖析 ,确认滑动性质为接近边界摩擦的混合摩擦 ,并且通过一个实例计算得出滚动摩擦部分可忽略不计的结论。
This article analyzes the relative movement of scroll wraps, points out that the movement includes sliding part and rolling part, and in which the rolldegree is increasing along the positive normal direction. During a rotation of crankshaft, the sliding velocity is constant. And more, the article dissects the friction of the joggle, notarizes that the character of the friction is mixed friction which is near boundary friction, and get a conclusion that the rolling part of friction can be neglect through a calculation.elativemovement,fricti
