儿童烧伤治疗中复合溶菌酶的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨复合溶菌酶治疗儿童烧伤的临床疗效。方法随机选取我院2011年2月至2013年1月收治的50例烧伤患儿,把他们分成对照组和观察组。其中,给予对照组患儿常规碘伏纱布治疗;给予观察组患儿复合溶菌酶治疗。分析比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果观察组患儿过敏反应全部呈现阴性,没有阳性病例,细菌培养阳性率达到48.0%;对照组患儿过敏反应呈现阴性率达到84.0%,细菌培养阳性率达到76.0%,两组比较差异显著,具有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。随后观察两组患儿烧伤面愈合时间,观察组患儿创面愈合时间约为(10.2±2.4)d,对照组患儿创面愈合时间约为(15.0±3.8)d,观察组患儿创面愈合时间明显比对照组短,二者比较,差异显著,具有统计学意义。(P<0.05)。结论复合溶菌酶能够有效治疗儿童烧伤,治疗安全性高且疗效显著,是临床治疗儿童烧伤的首选药物。值得推广使用。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of compound lysozyme treatment of children with bum. Methods 50 cases of bum patients in our hospital from 2011 February to 2013 January were, divided them into control group and observation group. The control group received routine, with Hide Sabu treatment; observation group were given complex lysozyme treatment. Analysis of therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Results The observation group of children with allergic reactions are negative, not positive cases, bacterial culture positive rate was 48%; control group of children with allergic reaction negative rate reached 84%, bacterial culture positive rate reached 76%, significant difference between the two groups, with statistical significance (P〈0.05). Then to observe the two groups of children with bum healing time, wound healing time of observation group was about (10.2±2.4) days, the control group with the wound healing time was (15 ± 3.8) days, children of observation group wound healing time was significantly shorter than the control group, the two comparison, significant differences, with statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion Complex lysozyme are effective in the treatment of pediatric bum, treatment of high safety and efficacy, is the preferred drug clinical treatment of children with burn. Is worthy to be popularized.
