将传统的KED分析方法与以牛顿法为基础的含间隙刚性机构二阶段模型相结合 ,建立了较为简洁的含间隙弹性连杆机构动力学模型 ,采用了KED求解思路 ,分析了运动副间隙和结构阻尼对弹性连杆机构动态响应的影响 ,算例表明 ,该方法是正确可行的。

By combining traditional KED method with two phase model of rigid link mechanism containing clearance based on Newton law,this paper established a fairly succinet dynamic model of elastic link mechanism containing clearance,adopted the KED solving thought and analyzed the influence on dynamic response of elastic link mechanism affect by moving pair clearance and structural damping.Calculation examples make clear that this method is correct and feasible.
