摘要
本文讨论用MCS-96单片机在满足一定精度的前提下,对1Hz～4OMHz变化信号完成其频率跟踪测试的方法,误差分析、硬软件设计和测试范围进行了讨论。
In this paper we discuss the realistic way of tracking testing 1 Hz ~ 40MHz Variable frequence by MCS-96 within given precision, test range, error analysis, design of handware and software are also studied.
