摘要
在高可靠性自动测试系统(ATS)的开发中,必须解决好系统各设备的同步问题。本文在分析GPIB系统的同步机制基础上,讨论了基于WINDOWS下的测试软件设计中实现各设备同步的方法。
:In the development of a reliable automated test systemATSwe need to synchronize the operations of all the components. This paper discusses the synchronizing mechanism of GPIB and proposes efficient synchronization methods in the design of software for ATS in Windows.
