摘要
如何有效降低出口机电产品质量风险,使检验监管工作从"商品检验"到"风险管理"转变是当前出口产品质量管理中的热点应用问题。文中针对出口机电产品的特点,应用RAC法和AHP法对各风险点进行了识别、评估和排序,将两者结合起来分析了具体产品的风险水平。通过综合使用RAC法和AHP法,既可以从宏观上把握总体风险水平,又对具体风险点进行了详细分析和评估,对于检验监管人员针对性开展检验、检测和监管工作提供了依据。
How to effectively reduce the quality risk of exported mechanical and electrical products, changing the inspection and supervision workfrom "commodity inspection "to " risk management " are hot application issues of exported product quality management. In this paper, according tothe characteristics of export mechanical and electrical products , the quality risk of export mechanical and electrical products were identified ,evaluatedand sorted by RAC method and AHP method, the two method are combined together to evaluate the risk level of the specific product.
