摘要 针对圆结构光视觉检测系统提出了一种基于交比不变原理和平面靶标的圆结构光标定方法。设计了适合于圆结构光标定的同心圆环平面靶标,标定时平面靶标只需在摄像机的视场范围内沿圆结构光光轴方向移动多个位置,获取摄像机坐标系相对于不同靶标平面位置的标定参数,选取任一平面位置建立全局坐标系,以摄像机坐标系为基准,将不同位置平面靶标的坐标转换到全局坐标系下,构建圆结构光空间标定点,实现圆结构光视觉检测系统的标定。实验结果表明此标定方法简便可靠,精度较高,降低了标定成本。 A novel calibration method based on invariance of cross - ratio and coplanar reference object was pro- posed. A planar object aim to the circle structured light was designed. The coplanar reference object was moved a- long the axis direction of the circle structure light within the view field of the camera, the calibration parameters at the different planar position based on the camera coordinate system were obtained. The global coordinate system was established on the arbitrary planar position, via the camera coordinate system, the calibration parameters based on the each planar position were transformed to the global coordinate system, then the space calibration feature points were obtained based on the global coordinate system. The proposed approach greatly reduces the cost of the calibration equipment and simplifies the calibrating procedure. It shows that this method is practical in the vision inspection applications by experiments
