摘要
推进剂羽烟烟雾透过率的大小直接影响光学制导武器的性能和精度。面阵烟雾透过率测试技术克服了单通道烟雾透过率测试随机性大的弊端,具有测量范围大、精度高、稳定性好等优点,对于推进剂的研制具有重要的意义。中文重点介绍了面阵烟雾透过率测试系统中数据采集处理软件的设计和开发。该软件基于LabVIEW图形化编程开发平台,能够实现对激光、可见光、红外三个波段面阵烟雾透过率的实时测量和显示。具体包括数据标定、多通道实时采集与显示、数据并行处理、数据存储以及报表生成和打印等多项功能。实际应用表明,所开发的面阵烟雾透过率测试软件功能完备、自动化程度高、操作简便、人机交互性好,能够满足多波段面阵烟雾透过率测试的要求。
Transmittance of propellant plumes has a direct influence on performance and accuracy of guided weap- ons. An area array smoke transmittance measuring system can get an area transmittance of plumes, its precision and stability are better than a single channel measurement system. The data acquisition and processing software based on LabVIEW platform was introduced in this paper. It can measure and display the smoke transmittance of laser, visible light and infrared real -time, store data, generate and print report, etc. The experimental results show that this measuring software has a high degree of automation and a good human - computer interaction. It is easy to handle, and able to meet the requirements for area array smoke transmittance testing in multiband.
