摘要
给出了一种基于C8051f060微控制器和RTX-51 Tiny小型实时操作系统的船舶管系模拟器数据采集系统实现方案,描述了硬件组成和基于RTX-51 Tiny的软件设计方法。各采集模块利用SOC混合集成电路微控制器,开关量输入、输出电路采用光电耦合隔离及并-串/并-串转换技术,模拟量输入、输出使用隔离放大器及串行控制多路D/A技术,各采集模块及模拟仿真计算机采用CAN总线构成局域网,较好地实现了船舶管系系统设备状态的采集、参数显示和通信功能。
The realization scheme of data collection system of ship pipe system simulator based on C8051F060 MCU and RTX- 51 tiny real -time operating system was presented the hardware composing and software design method based on RTX -51 Tiny were described. The SOC mixed integrated circuit MCU was used in the collection modules; at the same time photoelectric coupling isolation, serial parallel conversion and parallel serial conversion technology was applied in the digital input and output circuit; isolation amplifier and serial control multichannel D/A technology was used in the analog input and output circuit. CAN bus was used in the collection modules and emulation computer to form the LAN. The collection, parameter display and communication functions of ship pipe system simulator state are well achieved.
