摘要
为了提高海外人才引进的成功率,以知识图谱为分析方法,借助CiteSpaceⅡ软件,以人才引进科技领域相关的科技论文和专利数据库为数据来源,构建了海外高层次科技人才引进的岗位识别模型。通过对知识网络中薄弱、缺失和关键知识要素与知识群的计算和判别,获取引进岗位的数量和类型信息,定量化识别出所需要设置的海外高层次科技人才引进岗位。海外高层次科技人才引进的岗位识别模型能够提高人才引进工作中岗位设置的准确度。
With scientific papers and patents database of relevant scientific and technological fields as data sources and mapping knowledge domain as the analytic method, an introduction position recognition model of overseas high - level scientific and technological talents was constructed with the aid of CiteSpace II software to increase the success rate of overseas high -level scientific and technological talents introduction. Through calculation and dis- crimination of the weak, missing and key factors of knowledge and knowledge clusters in the knowledge network, the authors obtained the information of the number and type of introduced positions to quantify the positions for the intro- duction of overseas high - level scientific and technological talents. The introduction position recognition model of o- verseas high - level scientific and technological talents can improve the accuracy of position setting in talent introduction.
