基于价值链理论的山东省旅游小镇发展模式研究

Research on Tourism Town Development Model in Shandong Province Based on the Value Chain Theory

城镇化和旅游业的互动融合促进了城镇旅游业态的形成,旅游城镇作为低碳消费品的重要提供者日益受到学界和业界的关注。文章从价值链理论视角,分析了山东省旅游小镇建设基本要素和支持要素中的竞争优势和制约因素,并根据旅游城镇化内驱力的不同,设计了山东省旅游小镇发展的三种模式:资源导向型发展模式、区位驱动型发展模式和旅游接待型发展模式。各地应根据自身价值链上基本要素和支持性要素的匹配程度不同,通过整合和优化资源、区位(市场)、资本等核心要素,选择适合当地特点的发展模式。

Interaction between urbanization and tourism industry has promoted the formation of town tourism. As the important provider of low carbon consumption, tourism towns are paid more and more academic and industry at- tention. This paper, from value chain perspective, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of basic elements and supporting elements during Shandong tourism town construction. According to different drives in tourism urbanization, this paper designs three models for Shandong province tourism town, including resource-oriented model, location-driven model and tourist-reception model. Different regions should choose different models by integrating core elements such as resources, location （market） and capital according to the matching degree between basic elements and supporting elements in the value chain.
