摘要
空间可展开机构设计过程中存在建模分析周期长、设计数据和设计流程不易管理等问题,导致设计过程效率低、设计结果不理想。基于对多种CAD/CAE软件的二次开发集成和数据库的应用,提出了空间可展开机构的自动化设计分析方法,基于VC++开发集成了空间可展开机构设计分析系统软件,实现了机构参数化建模、自动化力学分析,优化设计以及设计数据的管理,有效提高了产品设计效率和质量。
The method of design and analysis automation for space deployable mechanism based on iilrther develop- ment of CAD/CAE software and database was proposed to solve the problems,exist in the process of space deploy- able mechanism design,such as long cycle of modeling and analysis,difficulty in data and design process manage- ment. Design and analysis system software for space deployable mechanism was developed based on VC++ to realize parameterized modeling and automatically mechanical analysis of the space deployable mechanism as so as design optimization and data management. Efficiency and quality of design were all improved effectively.
