摘要
介绍了一种适用于着色标定基因芯片的自动化基因芯片检测仪,在一台仪器内集成了完成杂交反应以及对结果的检测功能。利用自动化手段在基因芯片上完成杂交反应,反应结果有较好的一致性。最多可同时进行54片芯片的反应,耗时在75 min以内。检测系统采用普通的光源与摄像头即可进行图像采集工作,图像的处理速度快,准确率高于99%。
This paper is mean to introducing a kind of automatic gene chip detector for coloring calibration gene chip which can gather cross reaction and detecting in one instrument. As using automated ways to finish cross reaction the react results will be in good agreement. Also up to 54 chips reaction can be performed simultaneously within 75 minutes. The detection system can do image acquisition by using a common light and camera,also got higher speed of imatre processing, and accurate rate higher than 99%.
