摘要
介绍了基于可编程片上系统PSoC的氧含量检测仪的设计思路与实现过程。以PSoC为控制核心,采用双氧化锆氧气传感器O2S-FR实现氧含量的测量,设计了加热丝的温度补偿电路、氧化锆传感器的信号处理电路。详细阐述了利用片内模拟子系统和数字子系统构成系统的软硬件设计。氧含量数据可通过LCD显示或通过RS485上传给上位计算机。
The design and implement of an intelligent oxygen measurement based on programmable system on chip (PSoC)was introduced in this paper. Using zirconium dioxide oxygen sensor O2S-FR,oxygen amount was measured by PSoC device as the control core. Temperature compensation and oxygen sensor signal processing circuit was de- signed. Both software and hardware design method by using on-chip analogy subsystem and digital subsystem were in detail described. Sampled data was showed on the LCD screen or communicated to master computer by RS485.
