摘要 针对一类PLC控制系统与多个现场操作站(触摸屏)及上位机监控计算机之间的远程通信问题,提出一种基于台达DOP-B系列触摸屏和Modbus协议实现一机多屏的远程通信技术。文中介绍了台达DOP在液态硝铵存储控制系统中成功实现一机多屏功能的过程,现场应用表明该方案具有成本低、易于实现、可靠性高等特点,具有较好的推广价值。 Aiming at the problem that a PLC control system how to communicate with muhiple on-site operation sta- tions (touch screen)and monitor computer,a remote communication technology based on Delta DOP-B series of touch screen and Modbus protocol to achieve one machine with multiple screen was described in detail. This paper intro- duces Delta DOP successfully realize the process of one machine with multiple screen function in the control system of liquid ammonium nitrate storage,the result of application shows that the method has the advantages of low cost, easy to realize and high reliability,It has better value in popularization.
