Determination of copper,nickel,chromium and lead in waste gas samples by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) using electric heating-graphite digestion device

摘要 采用电热石墨消解仪消解滤筒采集的废气样品,以火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定样品中铜、镍、铬、铅。对消解液的种类进行选择优化,使滤筒消解得更完全,且避免了前处理过程的吸附损失。铜、镍、铬的检出限均为0.006mg/m3,铅的检出限为0.025mg/m3,回收率为98.4~100%,精密度为1.7~3.4%(n=6)。该方法准确度高,快速高效,劳动强度低,适用于废气中重金属的测定。 Electric heating-graphite digestion was applied to digest the waste gas samples which were sampled with filter drums. Flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) was applied to determine the contents of copper, nickel, chromium and lead in pretreated samples. Digestion solutions was optimized for digesting the filter drums completely. On the other hand, the adsorption loss in the pretreat process was avoided. The detection limits were 0. 006mg/m^3 for Cu, Ni, and Cr, and it was 0. 025mg/m^3 for Pb. Returns-ratio varied from 98.4% to 100%, RSD ranged from 1.7% to 3.4% (n=6). The method has the advantages of accurate, fast, effective and lower work intensity. Therefore, the method is suitable to determine the contents of heavy metals in waste gas samples.
