摘要
建立了一种测定茶叶中吡虫啉和阿维菌素残留量的超高效液相色谱串联质谱分析方法。目标物经乙腈提取后,经炭黑氨基柱净化,超高效液相色谱分离,串联质谱测定。分别进行了5μg/kg、20μg/kg和100μg/kg3个添加水平的2种目标化合物的加标回收实验,平均回收率分别为81.4%~95.8%,RSD分别为2.0%~8.5%。方法简单,灵敏度高,重现性好。
It was reporeted that residual amount of abamectin and imidacloprid in tea was determined by LC-MS/MS. By extraction with acetonitrile, futher cleanup was performed on a Carbon/NH2 SPE cartridge. The connent of abamectin and imidacloprid was determined by LC-MS/MS. Tests forrecovery were made by addition of standard abamectin and imidacloprid at three diffrent(5,20 and 100μg/kg) concentration levels to tea. values of recovery found were in the range of 81.4%-95.8%. with values of RSDs in the range of 2.0 %-8.5 %. The method is fast, simple and convenient.
