SEM在氯氧镁晶须制备过程中的应用

摘要 在制备过程中,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对微乳法合成的氯氧镁晶须(MOCW)的形貌进行了表征。研究了氯化镁溶液浓度对MOCW形貌的影响。当氯化镁溶液浓度为3.5mol/L时,MOCW的品质比较好,晶须表面光滑,平均直径为80nm,长径比超过80。 In the synthesizing process, the morphologies of magnesium oxychloride whisker(MOCW) using microemulsion method were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The influence of concentration of MgCl2 solution on morphology of whisker was investigated. The quality of MOCW is better when the concentration of MgCl2 solution is 3.5 mol/L. The surface of whiskers is very smooth. The aspect ratio of MOC nanowhisker is more than 80 with an average diameter of 80 nm.
