摘要
目前工业雷管用起爆药的生产基本采用手工方式生产,产品质量不稳定,生产过程危险程度高,特别是DDNP的许多生产工序还是"面对面"直接对着起爆药。依据《工业雷管基础建设进步指导意见》采用计算机系统控制下生产技术,完成硝酸肼镍自动上料、化合、放料、水洗抽滤技术,自动分盘技术、自动烘干技术、自动筛选装盒、自动装箱技术、视频监控技术等。实现硝酸肼镍自动化生产在线参数检测,危险工序人机隔离操作,提高本质安全生产水平和起爆药产品质量。
At present,the production of industrial detonator initiating explosive basically adopts manual mode,so product quality is unstable,and the production process has high risk,especially many DDNP production processes.Based on Guiding Opinions about strengthening basic condition construction for safe production of industrial detonators,the production process with computer control system has been used;NHN automatic feeding,synthesis,discharging,washing and filtration,automatic drying,automatic screening and so on can be completed;the on-line parameter detection in the automatic production of NHN can be realized as well as human-machine isolation of hazardous processes,which can improve safe level of production and product quality of primary explosive.
