摘要
甲酯生产过程中产生大量的热必须及时交换掉,才能满足工艺要求,传统工艺是采用酯化釜体夹层、釜内螺旋盘管的方式,用冷冻盐水进行热交换,由于换热面积小,不能满足工艺要求,因此需要大量的机冰来辅助降温,耗时、耗力、浪费能源,本工艺采用螺旋板换热器同步外循环降温。
The methyl ester production process produce a lot of heat,it must be timely exchange in order to meet the technological requirements,the traditional process is to use esterification autoclave body interlayer or inner spiral coil way to carry out heat exchange with frozen water.Because the heat transfer area is small,the process requirements can not be met,therefore a lot of ice is needed to cool,which will waste a lot of time,effort and energy.In this paper,synchronous external circulation cooling process with spiral plate heat exchanger was put forward.The process can solve above problem
