水平井减阻驱油助排技术在曙光油田的研究与应用

摘要 水平井技术是实现油田高效开发、加快增储上产步伐、实现持续有效较快协调发展的重大技术之一。但由于原油粘度高、流动阻力大致使水平井产量低、回采水率低的矛盾日渐突出。为此,结合曙光油田超稠油油品特性,经过室内实验筛选复配合适的表活剂,研制驱油助排配方体系,进一步完善现场施工工艺,形成了水平井减阻驱油助排技术。通过降低流动阻力、增强原油流动性、提高驱油效率,进而改善油井周期生产效果。 The horizontal well technology is an effective implementation of oilfield development and achieving sustained rapid effective coordinated development of oilfield.But because crude oil viscosity is high,high flow resistance results in the problems that the horizontal well production rate and the water recovery rate reduce.Therefore,combined with characteristics of ultra heavy oil from Shuguang oilfield,through the indoor experiments,appropriate surfactants were screened and compounded to develop flooding oil cleanup formula system,then site construction process was further improved,the horizontal well reducing resistance and flooding oil cleanup technology was formed.Through reducing the resistance to flow,enhancing crude oil liquidity and improving oil displacement efficiency,the oil well production cycle effect was improved.
