摘要
叶轮是压缩机的重要零部件,它对压缩机的动态特性有很大的影响。对某型压缩机的叶轮系统使用Pro/E5.0建立简化模型,并使用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件,对叶轮系统进行模态分析,查看叶轮固有频率并分析计算其前10阶非零振型,为压缩机叶轮系统的优化设计和动力学分析提供依据。
As one of the key parts in compressor,impeller system can influence the dynamic characteristics of the system greatly.By using the simplified model of the impeller system built by Pro/E5.0 software,the modal parameters were calculated with finite element software ANSYS workbench.And the foregoing ten non-zero model shape of the compressor impeller system was also analyzed and calculated,which can provide a basis for the optimization design and dynamics analysis of compressor impeller system.
