摘要
方溪水库是一座以供水为主、结合防洪,兼顾灌溉、发电等综合利用的水利工程,工程静态总投资115 046万元。通过对该工程供水水价和贷款能力的测算、分析,提出合理的工程筹资方案。
Fangxi Reservoir is a hydraulic complex mainly for the purpose of water supply as well as flood control,irrigation,power generation and other functions.The static investment reaches 1150.46 million yuan.By estimating and analyzing the reservoir＇s supply water prices and loan payment capability,the paper proposes a reasonable financing plan.
