摘要
针对新时期乡村医生的培养目标,基层预防医学的实际工作能力是一个重要指标。依此设计以胜任工作岗位的预防医学实践教学模块化体系,并在高职乡村医生专业学生中进行实施,经学生问卷调查分析,显示预防医学的模块化实践教学比传统带教方式具有优势。
According to the training objective of the rural doctors, it is an important index to improve the actual work ability of preventive medicine at primary-level in the new period. The modular training system of preventive medicine is designed and carried out for rural doctors. Through the survey and analysis by the questionnaire to the students, the modular practice training method showed the more advantage than that of the traditional teaching method.
