在分析旅游供应链结构现状的基础上,针对当前以旅行社为核心的旅游供应链存在的运作效率低下和不协同等问题,提出以旅游者满意为中心、以景区为核心企业的旅游供应链新模式,并运用CPFR对其运作模式进行创新性探讨,构建出基于CPFR的旅游供应链协同模式。

In this paper, based on the analysis of the present situation of tourism supply chain structure, aimed at currently problems such as low efficiency and not coordinated, which exist in the supply chain as the core of travel agency. Then put forward to the tourism supply chain model as the center of tourists satisfaction, the scenic area as the core enterprises, and use the CPFR to explore its operation mode, build up the tourism supply chain based on CPFR collaborative model.
