高校适度办学规模问题分析

Analysis of problems on moderating the scale of universities

对高校办学规模的现状进行分析的基础上,提出了高校办学规模迅速扩大给高校的教学和管理工作带来的一系列的相关问题;并从高校要高度重视此项工作、要以科学的理论作为依据、正确认识自身发展条件和所属类型、考虑学校的办学目标和特色、及时把握区域人才需求的变化情况等5个方面提出了高校适度办学规模的建议。

Base on the analysis of current situation on moderating the scales of Chinese universities, the paper pres- ents a series of related issues on teaching and management due to rapid extension of universities scales. In total, the author works out five main aspects to suggest universities to make a decision on re-scale appropriate schooling. The five solutions are： the universities need to pay great attention to the importance of the re-scaling, correctly understand their own conditions and types base on scientific theories, consider the universities＇ objectives and features, and grasp the data of change in regional talented people in demand timely.
