摘要 心力衰竭（heartfailure，HF）包括射血分数降低HF（即收缩性心力衰竭）和射血分数保留HF（即舒张性心力衰竭）。标准化药物，如血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（angiotensinconvertingenzymeinhibitors，ACEI）、β-受体阻断药和螺内酯等，以及装置（心脏同步化治疗）可显著降低射血分数，降低HF患者的病死率，改善临床结果，
