老年心血管门诊患者用药依从性的调查分析

Investigation and analysis on drug compliance in elderly cardiovascular outpatients

目的分析影响老年心血管门诊患者用药依从性的各种因素,提出相应的改善措施以提高老年患者用药依从性。方法采用患者自行填表以及问卷调查的方式收集数据,发放问卷调查300份,回收282份,问卷的有效率为94%。使用SPSS 20.0统计软件对数据进行单因素方差分析和二元Logistic回归分析,分析影响老年人用药依从性的因素。结果接受调查的老年心血管门诊患者用药依从性良好的比例为75.2%。性别、用药频率、对身体健康重视程度、家属关心程度对老年心血管门诊患者的用药依从性存在影响。结论接受调查的老年心血管门诊患者的用药依从性总体较好,但是还可以采取加强用药依从性的教育,帮助患者制定用药计划等方法,进一步提高患者用药依从性。

Objectives To analyze the various factors which affect drug comphance in elderly cardiovascular outpatients, and to provide measures for improvement. Methods Data were collected by filled-in forms and questionnaires from voluntary patients. Totally 300 questionnaires were given out and 282 were retrieved, with an effective rate of 94%. SPSS 20.0 was used for single-factor analysis of variance and duality. Logistic regression analysis was applied to analyze the factors affecting drug compliance in elderly outpatients. Results Elderly cardiovascular outpatients who accepted investigation had a relatively high drug compliance with a percentage of 75.2%. Gender, drug utilization and frequency, attaching emphasis on one＇s own health and family solicitude and concern had an influence on drug compliance in elderly cardiovascular outpatients. Conculsions Drug compliance of those elderly cardiovascular outpatients who accepted investigation is generally good. Nevertheless, strengthening the education of drug compliance and helping patients to make plans for drug utilization can facilitate improvement.
