主动脉-冠状动脉夹层1例

1病例资料
男性患者．75岁，主诉：反复心前区闷痛10余年，加重4d、有原发性高血压（高血压）、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）、糖尿病病史lO余年。7年前行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗，于左前降支、左回旋支和右侧冠状动脉各植入支架1枚。
